Troubleshooting: Can't log in
What to do if you can't sign in, see an error, or are redirected to the wrong place.
- Wrong email or password – Double-check your email and password. Use Forgot password to reset if needed.
- No reset email – Check your spam/junk folder. Request the link again; ensure you use the same email you signed up with.
- Reset link expired – Password reset links are valid for a limited time. Request a new one from the login page.
