Troubleshooting: E-sign link not working or expired
Signing link won't open, says expired, or document not received after signing.
- Link won't open – Try a different browser or device. Disable pop-up blockers; the link may open in a new tab.
- Link expired – E-sign links are valid for a limited time. Request a new signing link from the lease (e.g. from the lease details or timeline); the tenant/signer will receive a new email.
- Can't sign or submit – Ensure all required fields in the document are filled and signed. Scroll through the whole document in case a field was missed.
- Signed but document not in Togetha – It can take a short time to sync. Refresh the lease details or Vault. If it still doesn’t appear after a while, check with support; the signing provider (Docuseal) may have a delay or sync issue.
