Plans and limits
What counts toward your plan limits and where to see usage (properties, tenancies, storage, e-sign).
Your subscription plan defines limits (e.g. number of properties, active tenancies, storage, e-sign documents). Staying within these keeps the app working as expected.
- Where to see your plan – Go to Settings → Billing (or Subscription). You’ll see your current plan name and what’s included (e.g. “Up to 12 tenancies”, “200 MB storage”, “20 e-sign documents”).
- Properties – The number of properties (or units) you can add is limited per plan. Creating a new property or unit counts toward this limit; archiving may free capacity depending on how your org is set up.
- Tenancies – Active tenancies (leases) are limited. Pending or inactive leases may or may not count depending on the plan; check the billing or plan page for the exact rule.
- Storage – Uploaded documents and photos use storage. The total used is often shown in Billing or Settings. Large uploads or many documents can use the allowance quickly; delete or archive old files if you’re near the limit.
- E-sign documents – Many plans cap how many e-sign (Docuseal) documents you can send per month or in total. Each new signing request typically uses one from the allowance.
- Team members – Some plans limit how many team members you can invite. Adding a user counts toward this; removing a member may free a slot.
- If you hit a limit you’ll usually see a message when you try to create or upload. You can upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons (if available) to increase limits.
