Notifications

What notifications you receive and how to view and manage them.

Togetha sends notifications for important events (e.g. maintenance, payments, tenancy updates).

  1. Notification bell – In the header, the bell icon shows how many unread notifications you have. Click it to open the notifications drawer.
  2. List – You’ll see recent notifications with title, short message, and time. Notifications can be grouped by type (maintenance, payment, tenancy, system, etc.).
  3. Mark as read – Open a notification or use Mark as read (single or “Mark all as read”) so the unread count updates. Read notifications may still be visible in the list for a time.
  4. Emails – For some events you may also receive an email (e.g. booking form completed, lease approved). Check your email settings if you want to change how often you’re emailed.
  5. Notifications are scoped to your user or organisation, so you only see events relevant to your access.
