Sales overview (sales organisations)

Create and manage sales, track buyers and documents, and use sales payments if your org is set up for sales.

If your organisation is set up for sales (e.g. property sales), you’ll see Sales and related menu items.

  1. ManageSales – List of sales (transactions). Create a new sale and link it to a property, buyer, and purchase details.
  2. Buyers – Buyers are linked to sales; you can add or edit buyer details as part of creating or editing a sale.
  3. Documents and submitters – Sales can use e-sign (e.g. Docuseal) for contracts; track submitters and signing status from the sale details.
  4. FinanceSales payments – Record and track payments related to sales (deposits, installments, etc.). Use the sales payments list and filters to see what’s due and what’s paid.
  5. Sales may have statuses (e.g. pending, active); use the sale details page to update status and manage the full lifecycle.
