How to manage maintenance requests

Create, view, and update maintenance requests for your properties.

  1. Go to ManageMaintenance.
  2. To create a request: click the create action, link it to a property (and optionally a lease), add description and priority, then save.
  3. To view requests: open the list and use filters if available; click a request to see full details.
  4. To update: open the request and edit details or mark as complete (or update status) as appropriate.
  5. Tenants can also submit requests from their Portal; those will appear in this list for you to manage.
