How to manage maintenance requests
Create, view, and update maintenance requests for your properties.
- Go to Manage → Maintenance.
- To create a request: click the create action, link it to a property (and optionally a lease), add description and priority, then save.
- To view requests: open the list and use filters if available; click a request to see full details.
- To update: open the request and edit details or mark as complete (or update status) as appropriate.
- Tenants can also submit requests from their Portal; those will appear in this list for you to manage.
