How to manage contacts and contractors

Add contacts such as contractors and vendors for maintenance and other tasks.

  1. Go to ManageContacts.
  2. Click Create (or Add contact).
  3. Enter name, email, phone, and any type (e.g. contractor, vendor). Save.
  4. Use the list and filters (e.g. by type) to find contacts when assigning maintenance or recording expenses.
  5. Open a contact to view or edit details; archive or delete if no longer needed.
  6. Contacts can be linked to maintenance requests or used for expense payees where the app supports it.
